Director Stephen Curwen founded EduTeach in 2006 whilst living in Birmingham, focussing then on training workshops for teachers.
He and his family relocated back to Lancashire in Summer 2022. Stephen still teaches and has considerable experience in all Primary Phases as well as PMLD ages 3 to 19.
Born in 1971, Stephen was the last resident of Standish Hall, Wigan, along with his parents. He trained at North Riding College, Scarborough (1990-1994) before embarking on his first teaching role in a mission school in Senegal, West Africa.
Stephen is married with two young-adult children, a casual Adult Support Worker and Amateur Radio operator. He is a former Hospital Chaplain and likes to undertake reading on a variety of subjects.
